OUR SERVICES

At B Inspired we offer Christ Centered yoga sessions and retreats. Our courses place emphasis on the complete wellbeing of your body and soul. They are not to be performed, but to be lived. And our Christ-centered yoga philosophy doesn’t focus on what you have been, but on the person you are becoming in Christ. Through Holy Yoga, you will learn and live a life’s journey of inspiration, fellowship and spirituality.

This is a 1 hour class. We begin with breath work and setting an intention and continue with slow movement,  building up flexibility to strengthening poses. Modifications are available. We end in stillness and resting posture and prayer.

This is a 1 hour class. we begin with prayer and intention and work on connecting one movement to one breath; building balance, strength and flexibility; and allowing freedom of movement and stillness. This is a dynamic and fun class.
